Plus how to know when to kill an ad, when to scale it, and what to change when it stops working.
You don't have a problem getting leads. You have a problem attracting the kind of leads that buy. I'm breaking down exactly what makes that happen.

Live only. No replay for anyone who does not attend.
And at the end, I'll show you exactly how I got you to show up.
I've paid for programs from one of the top advertisers and marketers in the space. I've watched just about every video, and I've been inside of accounts across a wide variety of niches.
The problem was never access. It's that none of it hands you a process. You're digging through tactics trying to assemble a paid ads system nobody ever gave you.
So you get leads who don't know who you are, aren't the right person, and don't have money. Then you go and blame sales.
Write to everyone and you get everyone. A perfectly structured ad account running the wrong messaging, speaking to the wrong market, loses more money than an efficiently built one that speaks to the right person.
What you need isn't another tactic. It's a way to decide what to say. And a way to know what to do when it doesn't land.

You don't create demand. You find demand that already exists and point your offer at it. Most people never check whether the want is there, then blame the ads when it isn't. If your thing only sells to people who already know you, that is proof of a relationship, not proof of a market.
Somebody who has never named the problem, somebody who knows the problem and not the solution, and somebody who has already been pitched four versions of your thing and said no to all four. Three different people. Write one ad at all three and you pull whoever is cheapest to reach, and that is who ends up on your calendar.
Angle first, then format, then where the budget goes. Not structure. I know people spending a million a month running one ad per ad set, and people segmenting by awareness level, and both work. If it works three different ways at that size, structure was never the variable you were missing.
At the start you are paying for information, not results, so decide that number before you begin. The question is never whether it worked, it's what broke, and then you go and fix that one thing. That is the difference between guessing and having a process.
We'll be going ninety minutes on the part every ads course or video skipped, going over a first principles approach to running paid advertising, because campaign structure, funnels and everything else are all downstream of these few first principles.
Get these right and you stop guessing. You'll know what to change, when to change it, and what to leave alone.

Sales training. TikTok Shop. Construction. High ticket real estate info. Capital raising. Agency services. Local businesses.
Different markets, different offers, all the same thing. I've been inside dozens of ad accounts at this point.
It is the same gap almost every time. The account is built fine. The message is pulling the wrong person.
These are universal marketing principles, not another gimmick. Once you understand them you can use them in paid to put high quality bookings on your calendar from people who actually want to buy.
You are downstream of that. So is everyone else who will be in the room. You did not find this page, it found you, and on Thursday I will walk the whole campaign back post by post and show you what each one was doing.
By the end of this you're going to know exactly:
Awareness, sophistication, and what an angle actually is. Taught properly, not skimmed in a sentence on the way to the tactics.
The same offer written to three different awareness levels, side by side, so you can see exactly what changes and what does not.
A first principles approach. The order to test in, what to change when it stops working, and how to decide your burn number before you spend it.
What you are actually buying in each window, and what a real result looks like at each stage instead of the one you were sold.
That way you can look back at what you're currently running and make the necessary tweaks, so you start to see an improvement in campaign performance. Most people have never done that once.
And at the end, I'll show you exactly how I got you to show up. Every post since the 2nd, what each one was designed to do, using every single principle we talk about in the class.
I will not be sharing this anywhere else.
A first principles approach to running paid advertising.
